this page will help you choose the best audio option for what you need. a podcast will use a program called "iTunes" to download the christianlifecenter message each week to your computer automatically--all you have to do is be connected to the internet. if you do not have iTunes, you can download the free version of the software at www.itunes.com. there is no fee for joining the podcast; christianlifecenter provides this to you weekly at no cost to you. if you find out that you do not like the podcast, you can unsubscribe at any time.

if you just need a single message and don't really want to have the message automatically downloaded each week, you may want to download the .mp3 file. an .mp3 file can play on most mediaplayers that you computer already has (windows media player, iTunes, realplayer, etc.). to download a single .mp3 to your computer, it is best to save the .mp3 as a file and then open the file from your computer. to do this, right click on the "download mp3" text of the message that you want to download and click "save target as." you can then choose a filename and a location to save the file. after you click save, the file may take several minutes to download depending on your connection speed. once the file is downloaded, you can click "open" or you can browse to the folder where you saved the file and open it by double clicking on the icon.
